Credit Card Security Information

Upon submission of your registration, your credit card information will be sent to an encrypted file which will then be immediately transferred to a the ORMCA local hard drive which will take it off of any externally accessible cyberspace.

We are NOT signed up with any internet merchant program.  ORMCA controls all submissions, then manually runs each credit card number in the office.

Please be aware that no one other than the ORMCA will have access to your credit card information, unless it is illegally obtained.  

We have gone to great lengths ensure that your credit card information cannot be illegally obtained by setting up a router which changes IP address information and by encrypting all file information.

If you do not wish to send your credit card information via the online form, simply submit the form without the credit card number, then call the event coordinator at (405) 840-2117 to make payment arrangements.
