Board Members
Overview
The ORMCA is governed by a Board of Directors that meets four times per year. The Board is made up of Producer and Associate Members who are focused on overseeing the operations of our association and representing the interests of all members.
The Officers are Producer members that serve as Past President, President, Vice President and Second Vice President as well as a Secretary/Treasurer that may be either a Producer or Associate Member. The Second VP is elected from the Producer Board Members currently serving on the Board. The Second VP will then remain on the Executive Board for a total of four years rotating through Second VP, First VP, President and Past President.
Elections
Board Members are elected by vote, after being either nominated or volunteering as a candidate, and serve a three year term.
Each Member Company is granted one vote in the elections. Elections take place 60 days before the Summer Conference.
